Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the last item of your order. This period extends over weekends and public holidays.

How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request through your customer account at https://account.laksgifem.com before the 14-day period expires.

Once your withdrawal is confirmed, you have 14 additional days to return the items to us.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or from the date you provide proof of return shipment — whichever is earlier.

Refunds include the original standard outbound shipping cost. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled. To request a cancellation, please visit your customer account at https://account.laksgifem.com.

Exemptions

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law — for example, sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please consult our product pages for specific information.
