How Our Guarantee Works

1. Try It for 30 Days

Use your IPL device as directed. Follow the treatment schedule. Give it a fair try.

2. Not Satisfied? Contact Us

Email join@laksgifem.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide a return label immediately.

3. Ship It Back

Pack the device securely. Use the prepaid return label we provide. Drop it off at any carrier location.

4. Get Your Refund

Full refund processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Money back to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • ✅ Return within 30 days of delivery
  • ✅ Device in good working condition
  • ✅ Include all original accessories (goggles, adapter, manual)
  • ✅ Original packaging preferred (not required)

We do NOT require: The device to be unused. We understand you need to try it to see results.

Refund Process

Refund Timeline:

  • Return received: 1-2 business days to inspect
  • Refund approved: Same day
  • Money in your account: 3-5 business days (depends on your bank)

Refund Amount: Full purchase price including original shipping. You only pay return shipping if outside EU.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange for a different product, please return your current device for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your device arrives damaged or is defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at join@laksgifem.com
  2. Send photos of the damage/defect
  3. We'll send a replacement immediately (no need to return the defective one first)
  4. Return the defective device using our prepaid label

Covered by our 2-year warranty.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Protective goggles (if opened/used)
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged by misuse or accident
