2. Products & Pricing

Product Information: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

Pricing: All prices are in EUR and include VAT for EU customers. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Availability: Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation email constitutes acceptance.

Payment: Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After shipment, our return policy applies.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Product Use & Safety

Intended Use: Our IPL devices are intended for home hair removal on suitable skin tones (Fitzpatrick I-IV). Read the user manual before use.

Contraindications: Do not use if pregnant, on certain medications, or with specific medical conditions. Consult the manual and your doctor.

Disclaimer: Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results. Use as directed for best outcomes.

7. Warranty

All devices come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty does NOT cover: Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or cosmetic damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaksGi FeM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by LaksGi FeM and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
